The apartment is located in Via San Francesco d'Assisi 3 on the ground floor of a magnificent period building protected by the Fine Arts, a few steps from Viale XX Settembre and the Monumental Public Garden of Trieste.

The apartment is perfect for a couple's vacation and is located in a quiet area, very well served by various commercial activities, from which you can reach Piazza Unità d'Italia in just 15 minutes on foot.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

KITCHEN with oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates and dishes, various utensils.
BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, washing machine.

Heating is independent and can be regulated by thermostat.
