Description
The monumental Stazione Marittima is located a few steps from Piazza Unità d'Italia and occupies the entire Molo Bersaglieri.
The large lictorian building is the result of the merging of two old warehouses by Trieste-born architect Umberto Nordio. Today, it is not only the city's main passenger terminal, but also an important conference centre. To the left of the main façade of the building, there is also find the terminus of the DELFINO VERDE, namely the boat service connecting Trieste to Grado, Muggia and Barcola.
