Terrace 44 is a warm and cozy 43-square-meter apartment located in Via Molino a Vento, near the San Giacomo district, close to one of the entrances to the "Cottur" bike path and the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital.

The apartment is located in an area well served by multiple businesses and well connected to the city center by bus lines.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 guests, thanks to the comfortable and spacious bedroom.

The gem of this apartment is the terrace, which gives the apartment its name, spacious and well-kept.

Nearest paid parking: Burlo Garofalo Hospital parking lot in Via Costalunga 3/4.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
