Description

Il monumento ad Amedeo di Savoia, realizzato dell'artista Marcello Mascherini nel 1971, ritrae il Duca ferito al torace, in memoria della sua morte avvenuta in Kenia nel 1942 durante la prigionia di guerra. Il Duca visse nel Castello di Miramare dal 1929 al 1937 e durante questi anni fece realizzare importanti lavori di ristrutturazione al Castello con l'idea di rimodernarlo alle nuove esigenze dell'alta borghesia italiana dell'epoca, acquistando anche diversi mobili e arredi contemporanei. 
In questa parte del parco si possono notare ampi spazi aperti che si alternano a boschetti di conifere.
