It can accommodate 5 people and is ideal for a group of friends or a family.


You will have ample parking located inside the Villa, a volleyball net, a large swimming pool and a large garden where you can have lunch or sunbathe.

BED PREPARATION:vWe will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
large and bright LIVING ROOM with two comfortable sofas, SMART TV and spacious dining table, with access to the terrace where another dining table is located.
KITCHEN complete with stove, oven, electric oven, microwave, tea kettle, dishwasher, various utensils.
2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, with access to large terrace.
1 BATHROOM with large whirlpool bath.
2 BATHROOM with large shower, bidet.

Heating is autonomous.
