Nearest paid parking: Park San Giusto at Via del Teatro Romano 16.

The space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA with sofa bed, armchair, and television. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with induction hob, microwave oven, and high dining table. 1 DOUBLE BED SLEEPING AREA, cleverly separated from the living area by wooden shelving. BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine.

OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE: Unlimited Wi-Fi, television.

Heating is autonomous.

THINGS TO NOTE: 2-3 days before your arrival, our staff will contact you to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax required by the Municipality of Trieste, amounting to EUR 1.20. This procedure is necessary to verify your details and documents and to provide information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the Italian procedure for accommodating guests. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you require a different check-in time, please inform us in advance, and we will check availability. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaning staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. Late check-out is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee. On the day of arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to retrieve the keys stored in a lockbox, allowing for self-check-in. The use of air conditioning and heating must comply with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74): In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. NB: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
