The apartment is located in Via San Giusto 3 on the second floor (no elevator) of a building located a few steps from the ancient walls of the Castle of San Giusto and the Scala dei Giganti, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city. This area of Trieste is quiet, very well served by various commercial activities and will allow you to reach Piazza Unità d'Italia and the historic city center in just 15 minutes on foot. San Giusto Apartment is bright, spacious and comfortable and is characterized by the vintage, sophisticated and elegant style of the furnishings.

Nearest paid parking: Park San Giusto at Via del Teatro Romano 16.

The space is subdivided as follows:

1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
KITCHEN with kettle, dishwasher, plates and dishes, various utensils.
BATHROOM with large tub, bidet and washing machine.
TRIESTINE BATHROOM with toilet and sink.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network.

Heating is independent and is regulated by thermostat in the hallway.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
Please note that pets are NOT allowed in our apartments and rooms.
