Featuring a large kitchen area, 2 modern bathrooms, TVs (each room with its own), it's ideal for a large family, a group of friends, or a company in need of housing for its technicians/workers.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator. Closest paid parking: Parking Saba Silos in Piazza della Libertà, 9, or Molo 4 Parking in Corso Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, 3.

The space is divided as follows: Large KITCHEN complete with gas hob, kettle for tea, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, various utensils, and a large dining table. 6 DOUBLE BEDROOMS with flat-screen TVs. BATHROOM 1: Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet. BATHROOM 2: Shower cubicle, toilet, bidet.

Heating is autonomous and regulated by the thermostat in the hallway.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: 2-3 days before arrival, our staff will contact you to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trieste, amounting to EUR 2.00. This procedure is necessary to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you wish to check in at different times, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email, and we will check availability. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is to allow cleaning staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra paid service. On the day of arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to retrieve the keys stored in a lockbox and access the apartment independently. Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74): In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. NB. Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in our apartments.
