Mansarda di Pino - TSR

Pino's Attic is a cozy and charming attic located on the second floor (without an elevator) of a building in the Roiano district, an area of Trieste served by multiple commercial activities and bus lines, allowing you to move around without needing to use your car, which you can park in the free parking space reserved for you in the nearby garage.

We are approximately a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 30-minute walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia. Additionally, we are close to the road leading to the Barcola Pine Forest with a seaside promenade that takes you to the famous Miramare Castle.

The rooms and furnishings make the apartment comfortable and will make you feel at home. The comfortable double bed and sofa bed in Pino's attic make it ideal for a family vacation or a small group of friends.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

2-3 days before your arrival, our staff will contact you to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax required by the Municipality of Trieste, amounting to EUR 2.00. This procedure is necessary to verify your details and documents and to provide information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the standard Italian procedure for accommodating guests. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you wish to check in at different times, please inform us in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is to allow our cleaning staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please inform us as soon as possible. Late checkout is an additional paid service. On the day of arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to retrieve the keys from a lockbox, allowing for self-check-in. The use of air conditioning and heating must comply with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74): In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types. In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
