The apartment is located at 9 Via Galilei on the sixth floor of a historical building with an elevator, a few steps from Viale XX Settembre and the Monumental Public Garden of Trieste. The distinctive element of this property is definitely the small balcony from which you can admire the characteristic city palaces.

The apartment is very bright and is located in a quiet area, very well served by various commercial activities, from which you can reach the city center in only 20 minutes on foot.

Nearest paid parking: Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano in Foro Ulpiano, 1.

The space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA with sofa, television, dining table
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
KITCHEN with oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, plates and dishes, various utensils.
BATHROOM with shower stall, bidet, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.

Heating is independent and is regulated by thermostat in the bedroom.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be less than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

Please note that pets are NOT allowed in our apartments.
