The Door - TSR

The Door is a modern, recently renovated apartment located on Via dei Porta, in the Largo della Barriera Vecchia area, not far from the large, fully pedestrianized Viale XX Settembre. We are about a 20-minute walk from Piazza Ponterosso and a 30-minute walk from the magnificent Piazza Unità d'Italia.

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a building in a very well served area, full of commercial activities and with numerous bus lines, which will allow you to move comfortably throughout the city without having to use the car.

The rooms are very bright and spacious, making the apartment extremely cozy and suitable for a family or small group of friends.

Nearest paid parking: Saba Ospedale Maggiore parking lot at Via della Pietà, 7.

The space is divided as follows:
Full KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, various utensils
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 LIVING ROOM with large sofa bed and TV.
1 BATHROOM with shower and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.

Heating is independent.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be less than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
Please note that pets are NOT allowed in our apartments.
