Art Decò Design - TSR

Art Decò Design is a cozy and spacious apartment, tastefully furnished according to the dictates of the deco style, located on Via Bramante, in the heart of Trieste, on the slopes of San Giusto hill.
This apartment is ideal for those who wish to visit the historic center of Trieste and explore its wonders, while remaining in an area far from the city traffic and well equipped with services and numerous bus stops to get around effortlessly.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort but we would like to warn our guests that work is being done on the facade of the building and therefore there is scaffolding at every window in the house. We will update the announcement as soon as the works are completed.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator and can accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to the 2 comfortable bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room.

Nearest paid parking: Parking Garage San Vito at 18 Tigor Street.

The space is divided as follows:
DINING KITCHEN with dining table, gas stove, oven, kettle, various utensils.
LIVING ROOM with comfortable sofa bed, 2 armchairs and TV.
2 BEDROOMS with DOUBLE BED and TV.
LARGE BATHROOM with shower stall, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet.
Little BATHROOM with toilet and sink.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, split air conditioning in every room.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
