Description
The Palazzo Tergesteo comes from "tergeste": the name of the city of Trieste at the time of ancient Rome.
This large neoclassical building overlooks the pedestrian passageway that leads from Piazza della Borsa to Piazza Unità d'Italia. Recently restored, it is characterized by the curated glass gallery that houses several businesses inside and, thanks to its cross-like shape, has four separate entrances, one of which offers a splendid view of the Teatro Lirico Giuseppe Verdi.
