Welcome to this spacious apartment located just steps away from the Roiano district Church, with its well-maintained square and all essential amenities conveniently located nearby, including supermarkets, bars, etc.

Situated on the road connecting the Central Train Station (approximately 900 meters away) and the Barcola Pine Forest with its picturesque seaside promenade leading to the famous Miramare Castle.

THINGS TO NOTE: 2-3 days before your arrival, our staff will contact you to register your documents via our Guest Portal and process the Tourist Tax required by the Municipality of Trieste, amounting to EUR 1.50. This procedure is necessary to verify your details and documents and to provide information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the standard Italian procedure for accommodating guests. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you require alternative check-in times. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our cleaning staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. Late check-out is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee. On the day of arrival, you will receive codes and instructions to retrieve the keys from a secure lockbox, allowing for self-check-in. The use of air conditioning and heating must comply with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74): In winter, the average air temperature should not exceed 20°C.

NB: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
